About Pat
Pat MacEwen was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2004 and joined Newton & Associates as an associate the same year, becoming managing partner there in 2012 before joining MMGD. His practice covers the range of criminal law, including Criminal Code, Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and regulatory offences, and he has acted as counsel in a number of high-profile Nova Scotia cases, including several murder trials. He has presented at criminal law conferences and is a lifelong resident of Cole Harbour, where he has spent many years coaching minor hockey.
