Pam Fontaine-Peters is a certified software trainer, e-Discovery consultant, and paralegal who has worked in the legal field for more than 30 years. She previously served as a Litigation Technology Manager for a national firm and as Discovery Lead for a boutique practice, and now advises clients on e-Discovery, litigation preparedness, and the effective use of litigation technology. Her file experience includes R. v. Baker and Gray, Canada v. Nortel Networks, and the Indigenous Residential School matters. She holds a BSW from Ryerson University and has also studied at the University of Toronto. Pam is a past director of the Toronto Chapter of Women in eDiscovery and a founding member of the Canadian Association of Litigation Support Professionals.
