About Owen
Owen Thomas is an estates lawyer who was called to the Ontario bar in 1997. He worked alongside Brian Sherwell for several years before Sherwell's death in 2022 and now continues the practice under the Sherwell Law name, with the same support staff of 40 years. His practice covers estate planning, including wills, powers of attorney, and living wills; estate administration, including probate and asset and debt management; and estate litigation.
