Sherwell Law is a Windsor, Ontario firm focused on wills, estate administration and estate litigation, working from the same Pillette Road office for more than 60 years. The practice began as the Brian Sherwell Law Office. Brian Sherwell was called to the Ontario bar in 1955 and, according to the firm, was the longest practicing lawyer in Windsor and Essex County, working from that address before dying in 2022 at the age of 94. The Sherwells opened the practice on Pillette Road in 1958.

Owen Thomas, called to the bar in 1997, worked alongside Sherwell for several years before taking over the practice and renaming it Sherwell Law. Thomas continues the firm's estate planning, administration and litigation work with the same support staff who have been with the office for 40 years, so clients dealing with a will or a family estate are often meeting people who already know their file.
