About Olivia

Olivia Milliken is a litigator who practises in all areas of family law, including child and spousal support, parenting time, property and debt division, and divorce. She graduated from Emory University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and worked in investment banking and management consulting in New York City before attending law school. Olivia studied law at the University of California Hastings College of the Law on a merit-based fellowship, graduating in 2002, and clerked for Justice Martin Jenkins, now of the Supreme Court of California. She began her legal career as a prosecutor focused on white-collar crime and has been a member of the California Bar since 2005, with legal experience in the UK and Hong Kong. Olivia was called to the Bar in British Columbia in 2022 after completing her articles at a boutique Vancouver law firm. She speaks conversational Cantonese.
