About Nolan
Nolan Wilson's practice is focused on family law, drawing on his background in negotiation, trial litigation and appellate advocacy. He has represented clients before the Ontario Court of Justice, the Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal for Ontario, various tribunals and in alternative dispute resolution processes. Nolan grew up in Ayr, earned his Honours Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo in 2015, and completed his Juris Doctor at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2018, where he competed as a moot court advocate. He now coaches Osgoode's Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court team. After his 2019 call to the bar, Nolan practiced at a firm in Brantford and Brant County before joining Duncan, Linton LLP in 2024. He also serves on the board of the Brant Skills Centre, which offers literacy and skills training for adults and older youth.
