About Nitin

Nitin Pardal is a lawyer who was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012. He studied law at the University of Ottawa and later completed a Master of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020, specializing in dispute resolution. He began his career as an employment lawyer and has since worked as an in-house human rights consultant for a municipal transit agency and as a workplace investigator. Through Pardal Workplace Law in Oakville, he conducts workplace investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, advises employers and employees on contract negotiations, dismissals, and organizational restructuring, and acts as an adjudicator in workplace disputes and grievances.
