About Pardal Workplace Law

Pardal Workplace Law is a solo employment law practice run by lawyer Nitin Pardal, with a business address in Oakville, Ontario. Pardal studied law at the University of Ottawa and was called to the Ontario bar in 2012. Pardal's early career was in employment law and human rights law, including a period at Wise Law Office in Toronto, before moving in-house at a municipal transit agency as a Human Rights Consultant. That in-house role is where Pardal developed a focus on workplace investigations and mediations into alleged breaches of human rights legislation and workplace policy. In 2020, Pardal completed a Master of Laws at Osgoode Hall Law School, specializing in dispute resolution.

Today the practice covers three areas: workplace investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, and misconduct, strategic counsel to employers and senior employees on contract negotiations, dismissals, and organizational restructuring, and adjudication of workplace disputes, grievances, and policy violations. Pardal also works as a workplace investigator for Investigative Risk Management, an Ontario based investigations firm, a role that draws on the same background in employment law and dispute resolution.
