Simple Divorce is a family law firm based in Toronto, operating from an office on Finch Avenue West in North York's York University Heights area. Founder Usman Sadiq earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law in 2012, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2013, and has practiced family law exclusively ever since, a focus the firm has kept as it grew to a small team of lawyers, law clerks and support staff. It has since added a second office in Brampton to serve clients in Peel Region.

The firm's practice covers the full range of family law matters: uncontested and contested divorce, separation agreements, prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts, child custody and support, spousal support, and division of property. It also prepares foreign divorce opinion letters for people who divorced outside Canada and want to remarry in Ontario. Where a matter can be resolved without a trial, the firm uses negotiation, mediation, collaborative family law or arbitration; where it can't, it says it will take a case to court. Rather than billing everything hourly, Simple Divorce publishes flat fees for several of its uncontested divorce services, and it says it's handled more than 5,700 divorces since opening in 2013.
