About Nikki
Nikki Prihar is a lawyer in Triton Law's litigation department, with expertise in commercial litigation, personal injury, and family law. She earned her LL.B. Honours degree from the University of Wales, studying in Dublin, Ireland, and articled at a boutique litigation firm in Surrey, BC before being called to the bar in 2015. She then served as in-house defence counsel for the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia, before moving to a mid-sized Surrey firm in 2022 to focus on commercial litigation. She joined Triton Law in January 2025 as a family lawyer. She has appeared in all levels of court in British Columbia, including the BC Court of Appeal.
