About Nigel
Nigel Olesen focuses his growing practice on insurance disputes. While articling at his firm he worked on matters involving crime bonds, errors and omissions coverage, D&O policies, commercial general liability, property, life insurance, product recall and business interruption claims. He previously worked at one of Canada's largest insurers, where he helped draft factums for the Court of Appeal for Ontario. He earned his J.D. from Western University in 2024 with distinction, receiving the Law Society of Ontario Prize, and studied economics at the University of Regina, where he won the University Medal. He was called to the Ontario bar in 2025.
