About Nicole

Nicole's practice focuses on domestic and cross-border financing, acting for lenders and borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions. She has experience with asset-based lending, leveraged finance and fund finance transactions across bilateral and syndicated loan structures. Before joining Blakes in 2023, she practiced corporate and financial services law at another Toronto firm.
