About Jonathan
Jonathan R. Cescon is counsel at Torys, working out of Toronto. His practice covers corporate and securities law, with particular attention to corporate finance work. He has represented issuers on a range of public offerings involving both debt and equity. Jonathan also handles ongoing corporate and securities matters for several clients, among them Manulife Financial and members of the Brookfield group of companies.
