About Nicole

Nicole Kelly joined Slater Vecchio in 2010 and became a partner in 2018. She is a member of the firm's class action practice group, advocating for survivors of institutional abuse, and also practises in cases involving injury and trauma suffered by children. She has extensive experience in mediation, arbitration, and trial advocacy, and sits on the editorial board of the Continuing Legal Education Society of BC's Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Practice Manual. She has presented at the Women of Class Summit for female class action lawyers and the Washington State Association for Justice WOW Retreat.
