About Nicole

Nicole Moore was born and raised in Australia and moved to Canada on a working holiday after completing her law degree at the University of Newcastle. She settled in Ontario permanently in 2018, completed NCA equivalency exams, and trained through the Law Practice Program at a small firm in Thornhill. She was called to the Ontario bar in June 2022 and joined Staples & Swain as an associate lawyer. Her practice includes estate planning through wills and powers of attorney, corporate work such as incorporations, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases, and residential and commercial real estate transactions.
