About Nicolas

Nicolas Lagore graduated from the Juris Doctor program at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law in 2022 and began his legal career at a boutique commercial litigation firm in downtown Toronto before returning to his hometown of Edmonton to join Lift Legal in 2026. He practises corporate and wills and estates law, drawing on his litigation experience to identify risk and advise both businesses and individuals, including general legal advice, incorporation and governance, corporate reorganizations, and contract drafting and review for employment contracts, shareholder agreements, and commercial leases. Nicolas also has experience drafting wills and powers of attorney and assisting clients through the estate planning process. He earned his BA in 2018 and his JD in 2022 from the University of Alberta, and completed the Ontario Law Practice Program along with a Stitt Feld Handy Certificate in Negotiation.
