About Nico
Nico Daisley is a family lawyer based in Victoria, BC, who grew up in Toronto and returned to Victoria for law school. She earned her undergraduate degree in sociology from the University of Toronto and her law degree from the University of Victoria in 2024, and has practiced family law since. During law school she led the Pro Bono Students Canada Trans ID Clinic, for which she received an award, and she continues to volunteer with the clinic as a lawyer supervisor. Her practice covers divorce, parenting arrangements, support, guardianship, property division, cohabitation, marriage, and separation agreements, and adoption and fertility agreements.
