Nick Acker joined McCullough Watt Sutton Lynskey Hodson & Dosanjh as an articling student in 2018 and became an associate in 2019. He earned his JD from the University of Victoria, where he took part in the Law Centre clinical program, and a Bachelor of Arts in English literature and philosophy from Vancouver Island University. Before law, he worked as a marine technician, a background he says taught him the attention to detail and preparation his criminal defence work now requires.
