About Nicholas
Nicholas (Nick) Todd practices family law, personal injury, civil litigation, and wills and estates at Dinsley Litigation, after previously working at a boutique litigation firm in North Vancouver. He has significant chambers experience and regularly appears before the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia. Todd holds a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Victoria. During law school he led development of the Gladue Submissions Assistant, a legal technology tool that helps criminal defence lawyers prepare Gladue submissions for Indigenous clients, which won first place at the Iron Tech Lawyer Invitational Competition. Raised in Maple Ridge, he is proud to serve the community he grew up in. His published judgment record includes Aggarwal v Thati, 2024 BCSC 1616.
