About Jessica
Jessica Pham holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Leicester and became a lawyer in 2025 after more than a decade of experience as a litigation paralegal. Her background spans plaintiff and defence civil litigation, criminal law, family law, and regulatory matters. Before joining Dinsley Litigation, she appeared on contested chambers applications and took part in a multi-week jury trial before the Supreme Court of British Columbia, and has represented clients in the Provincial Court and Supreme Court of British Columbia on parenting time, relocation, income imputation, and child support issues. Pham is fluent in Vietnamese and can assist clients in English and Vietnamese. She also serves as Section Executive of the Canadian Bar Association's Young Lawyers Chapter and guest lectures at Capilano University's Paralegal Program.
