About Nicholas
Nicholas Fleming joined Brock Medical Malpractice Law as a lawyer in 2023, having started with the firm as a summer and articling student. He graduated from the University of Ottawa Faculty of Law with a specialization in Health Law, where he researched mandatory vaccination policies for healthcare workers and interned in The Ottawa Hospital's privacy division. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in immunology and microbiology from the University of Toronto, a scientific background he applies to medical negligence files. Nicholas has represented clients before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Court of Appeal and the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Ontario. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 2023.
