About Gayle

Gayle Brock founded Brock Medical Malpractice Law PC in 2010 after 14 years handling medical malpractice claims at a personal injury firm. Over roughly 29 years of practice she has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, representing patients and families affected by medical negligence. She earned her law degree from Western University in 1992, was called to the Ontario bar in 1994, and later completed a Master of Laws at Sydney University in Australia in 1996. Gayle served as President of the Medico-Legal Society of Toronto in 2022-2023 and belongs to the Holland Group, the Ontario Trial Lawyers' Association, and the Canadian Bar Association, among other organizations.
