About Nicholas

Nicholas Bertram was called to the Quebec Bar in 2014 and the New York Bar in 2016, and has been a registered patent agent and trademark agent in Canada since 2019. He holds an LL.B. (Dean's List, 2013) and J.D. (2015) from Université de Montréal. His practice focuses on patent procurement in chemical, mechanical, and biotechnological subject matter, and he advises on industrial design, trademark, and copyright matters. Bertram sits on the board of Montreal's Visual Arts Centre and co-chairs the Licensing Executive Society's Montreal chapter.
