About Neha

Neha Bains was called to the Bar of the Province of British Columbia in 2016. She received her law degree from Punjabi University in Patiala in 2010 and a master's degree in International Business Law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto in 2011. Neha has practiced immigration and family law at various firms and now advises clients on visitor visas, work permits, study permits, spousal sponsorships, and Labour Market Impact Assessments for hiring temporary foreign workers, in addition to family law and wills and estates matters. She is fluent in English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
