Neha Bains Law Corporation is a Surrey, British Columbia law firm that concentrates on Canadian immigration and citizenship law, with an additional practice in family law and wills and estates. Founder Neha Bains was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2016, after earning a law degree from Punjabi University in Patiala, India, in 2010 and a master's degree in international business law from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in Toronto in 2011. Before opening the firm, Bains spent several years working in immigration and family law at other firms, and now runs the practice from its own Surrey office.

The immigration side of the practice covers family sponsorship, including spousal applications, employment based immigration, naturalization and citizenship, visitor visas, and study and work permits. It also handles Labour Market Impact Assessments for employers who want to hire temporary foreign workers, along with deportation defence matters.
