About Neelam
Neelam Jassal is an associate at HSJ Lawyers who practices family law and civil litigation. She was born and raised in Quesnel and came to Prince George for her undergraduate studies before completing her articles and joining HSJ as an associate. Neelam speaks Punjabi and assists Punjabi-speaking clients and members of Prince George's South Asian community, and she has written about diversity in law schools for the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers' British Columbia Journal. She earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from the University of Northern British Columbia in 2018 and her Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in 2025.
