Benjamin Levine has over 20 years of experience practicing law in Prince George, BC, focused on family, civil, and criminal law, including divorce, property division, custody, family violence issues, and defence of criminal code offences. He completed law school at the University of Victoria in 2001 and moved to Prince George immediately after graduating, where he has worked primarily as a family and immigration lawyer and has owned and operated his own law office since 2004. He was president of the Prince George Immigrant and Multicultural Services Society from 2010 to 2014 and of the Activators Society from 2009 to 2011, and he received the Canadian Bar Association's Equity and Diversity Award in 2014. Benjamin was also a member of the CBA's Judicial Advisory Committee from 2014 to 2017 and served as president of the CBA's criminal subsection from 2004 to 2007.
