Neal Sommer has practiced labour and employment law in Ontario for more than 30 years, focusing exclusively on workplace matters. Sommer represents employers dealing with unionized and non-union workplace issues, including labour relations, arbitration, bargaining, and OLRB matters, as well as human rights, health and safety, and wrongful dismissal cases.
