About Craig

Craig Aitken is the founder of Aitken Legal and practises commercial litigation. Before entering law he served as a Naval Combat Information Operator in the Canadian Forces. He holds a Master's of International History with distinction from the London School of Economics. He practised law in Alberta and British Columbia before relocating to Toronto, and later received the Graduate Fellowship in Law and Innovation at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, where he researched trade secrecy and confidential information. His practice covers commercial and civil disputes, fraud and asset recovery, corporate and shareholder disputes, non-disclosure agreements and trade secrets, and appeals. He has appeared before the Court of Appeal in Ontario and Alberta and the Ontario Divisional Court, and has made submissions to the Supreme Court of Canada. He is active on the Toronto Civil Urgent Matters List and the Commercial List.
