Nav Shokar heads the Family Law group at STS Law, advising on divorce, child support, custody and access, spousal support, and property division. She has substantial experience in court procedures as well as mediation and arbitration relating to family law issues, and is particularly experienced in drafting and negotiating pre-nuptial agreements, marriage contracts, cohabitation agreements, and separation agreements.
