About Amandeep

Amandeep Sidhu is a partner in STS Law's Commercial Litigation Group, advising on mortgage enforcement, mortgage and title fraud, construction lien matters, landlord and tenant disputes, and shareholder remedies. He has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and its Court of Appeal. Before becoming a lawyer, he worked as a mortgage broker and holds a Financial Service Underwriting diploma. In 2021, the Law Society of Ontario confirmed him as a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation.
