STS Law, formally Sidhu Tannenbaum Shokar, Lawyers and Mediators in Association, is a small firm working out of a single office on Hurontario Street in Mississauga. Four lawyers currently practice there: three named partners plus litigation counsel called to the Ontario bar in 2023. The work splits between commercial and civil litigation, family law, and family law mediation and arbitration. Its partners each carry a distinct Law Society of Ontario or mediation credential: Amandeep Sidhu in civil litigation, Nav Shokar in family law, and Marc S. Tannenbaum as a Harvard-trained mediator.

Sidhu was called to the Ontario bar in 2012 after studying law at Bond University, joined Keyser Mason Ball LLP (KMB Law) in Mississauga in 2014, and made partner there in 2018, before the Law Society of Ontario confirmed a Certified Specialist in Civil Litigation designation in 2021. Before becoming a lawyer, Sidhu worked for several years as a mortgage broker, earning a Financial Service Underwriting diploma along the way, a background that now runs through the firm's mortgage enforcement and mortgage and title fraud files. Tannenbaum brings 34 years in family law practice to STS Law, including 25 years heading a Family Law Group, before stepping down from that role to focus on mediation.
