About Nav
Nav Rai has broad experience serving as General Counsel for non-profit and charitable organizations and governance boards, along with handling business transactions, and maintains a strong focus on family law. His focus on guiding family law clients toward resolution, while reducing how custody and access disputes affect children, brought him to serve on the legal panel of the Office of the Children's Lawyer. In that capacity, he represents children as clients in custody and access matters as well as child protection hearings.
