About Natasha

Natasha Daley is an associate in the firm's appeals department, focusing on trial and appellate work with a particular interest in criminal law. Before joining Edward H. Royle & Partners LLP, she completed judicial clerkships at the Superior Court of Justice in Brampton and Milton and at the Court of Appeal for Ontario, working alongside judges on criminal, family and administrative matters. Natasha earned a Master of Social Work and a Juris Doctor together from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, after graduating as valedictorian from Tyndale University. She served as National Chair of the Black Law Students' Association of Canada from 2021 to 2022, held a judicial internship at the Ontario Court of Justice, and researched Canada's bail regime and the over-incarceration of Black accused. She is also a registered social worker and sits on the board of the JD Bridges Foundation.
