About Natalie
Natalie Banka practises refugee and immigration law, appearing before the Immigration and Refugee Board and specializing in Federal Court litigation, including deferral and stay of removal motions. She articled and practised at a large Toronto firm before joining Sanelli Law. During law school she served as Co-Chair of the Women's Legal Education and Action Committee's Ottawa branch and as Communications Vice-President of the Family Law in Practice Group. Banka is fluent in English and French and assists clients before the IRB in either official language.
