About Natalia

Natalia Polis is a partner at Lash Condo Law LLP whose insight into condo operations comes partly from growing up working at her family's condominium management company. Her practice covers the full range of condo law matters, including chairing owners' meetings, advising boards on governance and compliance, drafting and amending declarations, by-laws, and rules, and handling shared facilities disputes. As a litigator, she represents condo corporations before the Condominium Authority Tribunal, the Human Rights Tribunal, Small Claims Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Divisional Court, and the Court of Appeal, as well as at mediations and arbitrations. Natalia is an active member of the Condominium Associates Institute's Canada Chapter and frequently speaks at condo-related events.
