Nadia Lehoux has more than 20 years of experience in commercial matters, including as senior legal counsel for several companies. Lehoux's practice covers commercial law, information technology and cybersecurity law, contract drafting and negotiation, intellectual property and support for business lines. Since joining Delegatus, Lehoux has completed outsourcing mandates for clients such as Via Rail Canada, Belron Canada and the SODEC. From 2004 to 2017, Lehoux worked as senior legal counsel for Quebecor Media and the Laurentian Bank of Canada. Lehoux began her career at Norton Rose Fulbright, then known as Ogilvy Renault, and at Gilbert, Séguin, after articling at Heenan Blaikie in commercial litigation, bankruptcy and insolvency. Lehoux holds an LL.B. in common law from Dalhousie University, obtained in 2000, and an LL.L. in civil law from the University of Ottawa, obtained in 1999.
