About Nabil

Nabil Ben-Naoum is a criminal defence lawyer and member of the Barreau du Québec, practising exclusively in criminal law since 2019. Nabil Ben-Naoum handles cases across the province, from impaired driving and theft to assault, sexual offences, drug offences, firearms charges and youth criminal justice matters, and personally handles every file from start to finish rather than delegating to articling students or colleagues. In 2021, Nabil Ben-Naoum brought a personal legal challenge against the federal government's vaccine travel mandate, cross-examining government witnesses in Federal Court over six weeks before the mandate was lifted in June 2022, and later pursued the matter to the Supreme Court of Canada.
