About Monelle

Monelle Sturko is an associate at DDC Lawyers. Born and raised in northern Saskatchewan, she earned a Bachelor of Arts with distinction in Literature from the University of Alberta in 2001, graduated from the University of Alberta Law School in 2004, and was called to the bar in 2005, joining the firm in 2023. She has appeared before the Court of Justice, Court of King's Bench, and Court of Appeal of Alberta, and has broad experience with alternative dispute resolution. Monelle chairs the board of directors for the Edmonton Community Foundation and the Insurance North Section of the Canadian Bar Association, and is a past president of the Edmonton Bar Association.
