About Molly

Molly Churchill is a Senior Associate at JFK Law's Toronto office whose practice has focused on holding the powerful to account, including First Nations child welfare reform and police accountability work in Treaty 9, Treaty 5, and Treaty 3 territories. She clerked for Justice Leonard Mandamin at the Federal Court on a trial concerning the 1923 Williams Treaties, and represented Okanagan Indian Band together with Claire Truesdale at the Supreme Court of Canada in Quebec v. Pekuakamiulnuatsh Takuhikan. Molly holds a joint MSW/BCL/LLB from McGill University (2016) and has been a member of the Law Society of Ontario since 2017.
