About Mohiminol
Mohiminol advises condominium corporations on general governance along with contractual, administrative, and compliance matters as they come up. He has also appeared in court on clients' behalf, including before the Condominium Authority Tribunal, Small Claims Court, and the Superior Court of Ontario. Before joining Foglers, he practiced condominium law at a full-service firm in downtown Toronto. He earned his LL.M., J.D., and LL.L. from the University of Ottawa, with training that spanned both the common law and civil law traditions, which shaped his ability to approach legal issues from multiple angles. He aims to give clients practical, cost-effective solutions. During law school, he represented the University of Ottawa at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot, where his team finished first overall.
