About Mohammed
Mohammed Al Habib is an associate in the Corporate, Financing and M&A team in LaBarge Weinstein's Ottawa office, where he advises investors and technology companies on general corporate and transactional work. He first joined the firm as a summer student in 2022 and completed his articles in 2024 after earning his Juris Doctorate from Osgoode Hall Law School, where he was a student caseworker at the Osgoode Venture Capital Clinic and a Senior Editor and Director of Internal Affairs at the Osgoode Hall Law Journal. Before law school, he completed an Honours Business Administration degree at the Ivey School of Business at Western University, and he was called to the Ontario bar in 2024.
