About Mohammad

Mohammad Rakib founded M Rakib Law Professional Corporation and practises immigration, real estate, criminal defence, family law, wills and powers of attorney, and notary services. He is a Barrister & Solicitor with the Law Society of Ontario and a Barrister-at-Law of the Honourable Society of Lincoln's Inn in the UK. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London and a Master of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, and completed the Bar Professional Training Course at Cardiff University before being called to the Bar of England and Wales, as well as the Law Practice Program at Toronto Metropolitan University. Before practising in Canada, he worked with senior advocates at the Supreme Court of Bangladesh, assisting in the representation of government organizations, banks, and other clients. He offers legal services in English, Bengali, Hindi, and Urdu.
