About Mitchell

Steele practises banking and financial services, commercial real estate and leasing, corporate and commercial transactions, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, and securities and corporate finance. Steele has represented public companies in initial public offerings and reverse takeovers, private companies in acquisitions and divestitures, and advised on the acquisition of an oilfield services company and one of Canada's largest private trucking companies acquiring another major trucking company. Steele was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017 and the Alberta Bar in 2019.
