About Mitchell
Mitchell Sherman serves as counsel in the Tax Group at Goodmans. His tax practice covers all aspects of income taxation that come up in corporate and commercial transactions. He focuses in particular on cross-border M&A work, private equity investments, and corporate reorganizations. Mitchell also handles tax matters connected to real estate deals and to domestic and international debt financings and restructurings.
