About Milan

Milan Stipic was called to the bar in 1986 and has practised law for 38 years, joining Stipic Binder Drake Reynolds in 2026. His practice covers real estate, corporate and commercial law, commercial litigation, wills and estates, and estate litigation. He received the Dean Ron Ianni Award from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law, and has served as director and president of the Essex Law Association, Essex County representative to the Canadian Bar Association, and past president of both the Real Estate Lawyers Association of Windsor and Essex County and the Estate Planning Council of Windsor and Essex County. He speaks English and Serbian.
