About Mike
Mike Tucker is a partner at SMT Lawyers whose practice combines litigation and solicitor's work. A UK native, he completed a BA (Hons) in philosophy at Leeds University in 2007, then trained further with a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University, London (2009) and the Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London (2010). He spent three years at a niche family law firm before relocating to Nelson in 2013, and he's been called to the BC Bar since 2018. He now focuses on personal injury litigation along with real estate and conveyancing work.
