Michelle Linka Law Professional Corporation is a personal injury firm based in Richmond Hill, Ontario, with a second office in Peterborough that extends its reach into the Kawartha region. Founder Michelle Linka earned a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2008, after studying in York University's Fine Arts Music Program, and has practiced personal injury litigation since graduating. The firm says it has represented hundreds of clients in cases involving motor vehicle accidents, including collisions involving pedestrians, cyclists, motorcyclists, and trucks, along with slip and falls, long term disability claims, and accident benefit disputes.

Linka has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, Small Claims Court, and the Canada Pension Plan Review Tribunal. While in law school, Linka was a member of the Innocence Project and volunteered with the Community Legal Aid Services Program and as a mediator for Conflict Mediation Services of Downsview. The firm works on contingency, so clients don't pay a legal fee unless a case results in a recovery, capped at 35 percent plus HST, and it offers a free initial consultation.
