About Michael

Michael Winterstein is a founding partner of Colson Winterstein LLP, having previously been a partner in the Colson Group at the firm formerly known as Teplitsky, Colson LLP. His practice covers a broad range of commercial and complex employment litigation, and he is particularly sought after for sensitive executive employment matters, often acting for employees in the financial services sector. Michael represents clients in wrongful and constructive dismissals, human rights complaints, pension disputes, allegations of employee fraud, breaches of fiduciary duty, restrictive covenant disputes, and share and equity plan interpretation. He also works with employers, including private equity funds, to manage employment-related litigation and limit their liability.
