About Michael
Michael Rathborne is a partner at Bradford Rathborne Law, which he joined in January 2015. He earned a B.A. in History in 2006 and a Juris Doctor in 2009, both from the University of British Columbia, and articled with a firm in North Burnaby before being called to the British Columbia Bar on May 5, 2011. He practised as an associate in residential and commercial real estate, wills and estates, and corporate and commercial law before joining Bradford Rathborne. Rathborne prefers to resolve legal problems through mediation and negotiation rather than litigation, and has been developing roots in the Surrey/White Rock community since moving to the Ocean Park area of South Surrey in 2013.
